See if there is actually an error message listed, something like "Parts inside your printer at the end of their service life, contact your dealer for replacement", or "Parts inside your printer require maintenance or replacement, call your service company". ![]() ![]() Open up your printers Status Monitor, that is on your computer system and of course it will show up on your monitors screen. ![]()
